Meet the bubbly, sweet, outgoing, gorgeous, flower-loving, energetic, amazing Class of 2020 senior from Stark County  High School, Lauren Jones!  Her nicknames include Lo, LJ, and Lauren Gracie. (My mom calls me that because my middle name is Grace)

After high school, Lauren plans on attending ICC at first and then transferring to a University to become a Physical Therapist. When she was a little girl, she wanted to be a Walmart greeter ☺️   In school, she has participate in track, basketball, and this year, cheerleading!  Her favorite school event is Friday Night Lights. Lauren loves football games and really enjoys the half time pork chops too, hee hee!  Mr. Keane, her guy teacher has been one of her favorite teacher and favorite class would have to be Human Biology. “one of my favorite parts was dissection!”  Some of Lauren’s hobbies include shopping, bowling, and pretty much anything outdoors.  A moment she is most proud of is placing 4th place in State for the 4×4.

Lauren would describe her perfect day like this: “I would start my perfect day with an iced vanilla coffee from Dunkin Donuts. Before my sugar rush ends, I would go skydiving. Then at night, I would love to be on a beach with a bunch of Golden Doodle puppies watching the sunset. After that, I would go and enjoy a nice juicy steak. To me that would be the perfect day.”

Three things on my bucket list: 1. Travel to Greece 2. Skydive 3. Climb a mountain

Food and Family:

1. My parents are my rock, they’ve been there for me and my sister since day one. Not once was there ever discouragement with whatever dream I had at the time. They both dealt with me during my terrible twos when I never wanted to stop running and until now as I am in heading into college. Their support is continuing forever.
2. My favorite holiday tradition would have to be baking cookies Christmas Eve, then watching Christmas Vacation.
3. My favorite family trip was to the Bahamas, because I got to swim with dolphins.
5. Calamari is the most unusual thing I have ever eaten
6. If I could eat only one meal for the rest of my life, it would involve steak!
7. My favorite family recipe is Cherry Cheesecake.  It’s so gooooooooooood!

1. Riding a rollercoaster is the most daring thing I have ever done
2. My favorite singers include Brett Eldridge, Thomas Rhett, Beyoncé, Khlaid, AC/DC, and Def Leppard
3. My favorite number is 21 because it’s the number that my sister, dad, and I all had in basketball.
4. My hero is Sydney McLaughlin because she was someone I looked up to in track
5. I chose Shelby Photography for my senior portraits because I love how Cindy focuses on the individuals personality and captures the best in the moment shots! Her photos are genuine. Shelby Photography really stood out to me because of how creative and clear the pictures are!
