This year marked one of my favorite Valentines Day themed sessions.  It was inspired by two things.  First, my favorite reality tv show (dare I say, the Bachelor and Bachelorette, terrible I know, but I’m hooooooked) as well as the 2018 Vanity Fair magazine cover showing the work of  brilliant photographer,  Annie Leibovitz.  It was a magazine cover that caught my eye during the the Golden Globes and featured some of my favorite film stars including Reese Witherspoon,  Nicole Kidman, (Little Big Lies, OMGSH.. a must watch HBO series), Oprah Winfrey, Jessica Chastain, Robert Dinero, Harrison Ford, and more!

I knew that I wanted my girls to wear red for Valentines Day and for the overall look to be elegant, dramatic, and upscale so of course, the beautiful Hotel Pere Marquette in downtown Peoria was perfect!  We added a special little  touch with  beautiful red roses, two gorgeous corsages, and an amazing Valentines bouquet thanks to Floral Designs, Ltd in Morton.

A couple of my Shelby Seniors brought their boyfriends and a few more brought their friends to add to the entire scene.  Aren’t they absolute stunning!!!  So dramatic, rich, and vibrant… I’m in love with the whole look!
