Meet the bubbly and beautiful, Hannah Walker, Class of 2021 senior from Washington Community High School!  Just being in her presence makes a person HAPPY!! Her smile is so radiant and I adore her so much!

Hannah would describe her personality as friendly and caring towards everyone. Most of the time, she is outgoing but needs to be very trusting of the people she is around to really show her true self.

After high school, Hannah plans on attending ICC initially and then transferring to a four year university to major in Business Administration and Management.  When she was a little girl, she wanted to be a professional dancer!

Through high school, Hannah has had two favorite teacher.  “My English teacher, Mrs.Dayhoff is one of my favorite teachers because of how nice and relatable she is to her students. She never fails to make sure we know everything there is to know! My other favorite teacher is Mr. Schermerhorn, my US History teacher! He is the best! He always is by far the best teacher to help students and really explain the material we are reading. Both of these teachers are honestly just the best!!”

Hannah’s favorite school event to attend is Community Night. It’s a night when the entire school shows up to Five Points and puts on a show!  “It’s so fun and a great time to spend with friends!”  In school, Hannah is a Pantherette, participates in Colorguard, and WCLS.  Outside of school, she participate in competitive dancing as well as numerous St. Jude activities and fundraisers with her mom.

Hannah’s hobbies include listening to music (I can attest to this.. play music and she is moving, singing, and dancing constantly. It’s adorable). She loves to hang out with her friends and watch movies.

“My perfect day would be waking up around 10:30am and getting ready to go out to eat with my friends. We would hang out all day just doing everything we could. I just love spending time with my friends and every moment together is the best.”

Three things on my bucket list: 1. Travel outside of the US again 2. Make it into a great college 3. Go skydiving

Favorite singers and bands and songs. Hannah has ALOT!

1) Harry Styles- I love all of his songs but my favorites are Golden, Falling and She
2) Drake- I love rap songs and his Take Care and his Scorpion albums are my favorite! My top 2 tracks by him are Headlines and Marvins Room.
3)One Direction- they are pretty much a staple in my life! My favorite songs are Happily, Something Great, and Wolves.
4) Post Malone- Top songs- Up there, Leave, and No Option.

Food and Family:

1. What’s the most unusual thing you’ve ever eaten?   Im a very picky eater so basically everything I have ever eaten is very usual 😉
2. Favorite holiday family tradition? My favorite Christmas tradition is that my mom wakes my brother and I up and we go downstairs and we take pictures by our stockings. Its such a small thing but I just love how much time we get to spend together on holidays!
3. My hero is 100% My mom. She has always been there for me everyday. I love her so much! I’m so busy all the time and she never fails to relax me when I am stressed beyond words. She is such a rock in my family and I dont know what I would do without her.
4. The best thing about my parents are that they always want whats best for me. They always show me the most unconditional love and support with everything I do. They are honestly the most amazing people you could ever meet. I love them so much!
5. What is your favorite childhood memory? My favorite childhood memory is the time I was at my grandpas for Christmas and we were in the basement opening presents and they got me a guitar . We sang and played that guitar all night, it was fantastic!!
6. My favorite family recipe is my grandmas homemade waffle recipe. Its the best and we have it ever time we go over there! She is the best cook!
7. My favorite trip was my trip to Punta Cana! We went with 2 other families and it was the best week ever. Everyone there was so nice and helped you whenever you needed it.
8. If I could eat only one meal for the rest of my life it would be Chilli’s crispy chicken tenders with their skillet cookie! Its the best!

RANDOM Fun Hannah Facts:

1. The most daring thing I have ever done is snorkeled with sharks in the Dominican!
2. If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would want to go to Paris. Its where my mom and dad got engaged and I just think its such a beautiful city. Also, I think it would be so cool to go to Hawaii and Bora Bora!
3. My favorite sport to watch is baseball! My whole family is a very intense baseball family and its on every day during the season! We love the Cardinals! Why favorite sport to participate in is dance!
4. Nicknames: Hannah Banana or Kiddo
5. What is your favorite fashion trend? rompers and jumpsuits, with wedges or flats. I also love the flowy skirt with a fitted top.
6. What’s your favorite color to wear? My fav color to wear is legit any color expect yellow. If you see me in yellow its most likely because I thought the style was cute and there were no other color options! 🙂
7. What’s your usual school style? Sweatshirts and leggings with the occasional cardigan, jeans and nice top.  I love shopping at Hollister, Target, and PINK.
8. Why did you choose Shelby Photography? I chose you to take my pictures because you really show the natural beauty of everyone and your photos are so clear and just nice to look at! I like how they are so diverse and how bright and almost airy they are!

Tell me about a moment you are most proud of? I’m most proud of myself when I got my first Platinum on my first year doing a solo. I was so proud because showed my team that I can bring it when I need to!
