Morton High School Senior Photographer - Shelby Photography

 

I’ve been looking forward to sharing this one!!  Aryanna is easy breezy to photograph, so natural in front of the camera and I have enjoyed her presence on our Shelby Senior model team so much.  She has connected with several of the girls and made lasting friendships and lots of memories! She has obvious beauty but what makes her even that much more beautiful is her very sweet, bubbly personality.

Aryanna is a senior at Morton High School and plans to attend SIUE in the fall to major in nursing.  Currently she is a CNA at OSF. When she was a little girl, she thought she might be a doctor or teacher. Her favorite high school teacher is her LA11 teacher because “she really cares about her students. I also love history because it fascinates me.”

In school, Aryanna participates in Tennis, Student Council, and Circle of Friends. She plays summer softball and volunteers for the concessions stands. She also loves shopping and hanging out with her friends.

“My perfect day would  be spent at the beach because the beach is my happy place. I would also do lots of shopping, laying out in the sun, and eating ice cream would definitely be happening!”

Food and Family

1. The most unusual thing I have ever eaten is conch, which is a weird snail with a trunk)
2. I love Chinese food, especially tofu at Cherry Garden!
3. Stuffed shells is my favorite family recipe, I love pasta
4. I’m obsessed with coffee and I especially like the Iced Caramel Latte from Dunkin
5. My favorite holiday is Christmas and favorite Christmas tradition is finding the pickle in the tree, making cookies with my mom and going to my grandmas every Christmas morning
6. A trip to Turks and Caicos was a favorite family trip; there was so much to explore.
7. Playing outside with the neighborhood kids is one of my favorite childhood memories. There was no iPads then!
8. The best thing about my mom is that she is always there for me and I consider her my best friend. She has taught me to be an independent girl and I will be forever thankful for that. We do so much together and I can imagine life without her!  My dad is literally one of the smartest people I will ever meet. He taught me that I am strong and that is takes hard work to get what I want. He is one of my biggest supporters.  He is my hero.

Three things on my bucket list are: 1. I want to hold a Koala or a monkey 2. See the Northern Lights 3. Travel to every continent.

Random Fun Aryanna Facts and Thoughts:

1. My favorite sport to watch is baseball and my favorite sport to participate in is softball
2. Old Dominion and Noah Cyrus are my favorite singers
3. Advice to freshman: You will make many new friends in high school and your friend groups from Middle school aren’t permanent
4. The most daring thing I have ever done is swim with sharks and stingrays
5. I hope that I can participate in my senior prom.  I love dressing up and being with my friends
6. I want to go to Greece because it’s a beautiful country and the culture is so unique to me.
7. My current favorite fashion trend is anything Cheetah print. My usual school style is jeans and a cute top. I love shopping at Urban Outfitters, American Eagle, Garage, and Dry Goods
8. I chose Shelby Photography because her pictures are incredible!  I love how bright and fun there are… poses are natural and never awkward. I also love that the pictures reflect their genuine personalities.
