I’m so excited to share photographs from Peter and Clare’s wedding day starting with a few favorites of the couple getting ready at the Peoria Pere Marquette.  If someone asked me what part of the wedding day  I like to photograph the most, it would be difficult for me to decide… because I truly love each aspect of the wedding day.  But if I was pinned down and absolutely forced to a make a decision I would say that I do love the “getting ready” portion of the day.  It’s so fun to arrive to the location where the bride is getting ready.  Everyone is happy and excited with anticipation of the wedding.   Clare was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING in her dress. I mean…. breathtaking, wow!   Her flowers from Create-A-Scene were gorgeous!

I had never met Peter before, and I wasn’t surprised one bit to find him handsome and very charming!    Their wedding party, family and friends on both sides were genuine, funny, and sweet.. and Lisa Ragan from Happily Ever After Weddings did an amazing job of planning and coordinating Peter and Clare’s wedding day so that it not only looked picture perfect, but everything ran so smoothly.
