Meet the G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S, Noelle Bowling who is a Class of 2018 senior from Pekin Community High School! Her nicknames include Bo and Nelly! But most people just call her Noelle! My camera loved everything about her. She was super stylish, very natural in front of the camera and owned both… her smile and fierce looks. My heart absolutely loves her sweet personality and vibrant personality!!
In school, she participates in softball ( I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the softball pics we captured of her, just wait!) A moment she is most proud of would be the time she hit her first homer. she never thought she could do it because she was so small and then she proved herself wrong and she was very happy! She also plays club volleyball. After high school, she plans on attending St. Ambrose and wants to major in Occupational Therapy. Advice to incoming freshman…”Never be afraid to ask questions when you don’t understand something!!”
I asked her where she saw herself ten years from now and she said, “I will be a successful Occupational Therapist with a hot husband making a lot of money and starting a family!”
Besides food and water, what are three things you couldn’t love without? “My phone, I love being social and talking to people all the time! My family, I would probably go insane if I didn’t have them to rant to! And sports bc they keep me so busy but I’ve made so many friendships throughout the years and have learned so much!”
Noelle describes her perfect day as relaxing on a beach drinking lemonade and listening to the water and not worrying or stressing about anything!
Her most treasured posession would be the wall hanging her parents gave her for 8th grade graduation because it has some motivational and awesome quotes that help me when I’m struggling with something. The most influential people in her life are her parents because they have sacrificed so much for her throughout the years. In fact, Noelle said if she won the lottery, she would pay off any of her parents debt and then take her family on a big vacation!
My hero is… “Jennie Finch (an Olympic softball player) because none of her coaches believed in her to pitch but she put the work in and was VERY successful because she worked hard for it and believed in herself.”
Ten fun facts about Noelle:
