Where do I possibly start with this post?! It makes me tear up just thinking about her!
So many mixed emotions stirred up in my heart seeing Megan as this amazing, crazy beautiful, smart, wise beyond her words, super intelligent, strong young woman. Photographing this particular senior is a true honor, an incredible privilege, and I am just… so thankful for her! (this post also makes me feel a little old because I have known her since she was a newborn, LOL)
Megan would describe her personality as shy at first, but once you get to know her, she is NOT shy AT ALL. “I am very sarcastic but I can also be caring and sensitive.” After high school, she plans on attending college to major in Healthcare Management. She is most looking forward to the end of the school year because seniors start to take it easy and get out of school early. Megan is also looking forward to the senior run where the seniors run down the hall on the last day of school and yell and throw things. Mr. Hatch, her Spanish teachers has been one of her faves because he cares about every one of his students and looks past just the education. “He has always helped us and gave us advice about life too!” Her favorite school event is football games. She loves her school’s pride, watching so many people attend; and everyone is always loud and excited. Megan participated in volleyball throughout her senior year but decided not to during her senior year. She participates in Fellowship of Christian athletes, works, and loves hanging out with friends. Here’s her advice for incoming freshman: Study for finals even if you don’t feel like it because trust me…none of us do. But it will pay off.
3 things on her bucket list include 1. Go on a senior trip with friends.. somewhere tropical 2. Swim with dolphins 3. Ride in a hot air balloon!
