Meet the B-E-A-U-T-F-U-L Class of 2018 senior from Dee-Mack High School, Jenna Wenger!

It was a ‘picture perfect” sunny day for her senior session and I LOVED, LOVED her hair/makeup/style and sweet personality!  Isn’t this romper the CUTEST ever?!?! ↓↓↓↓↓

Jenna would describe her personality as quite and shy at first but once she gets to know someone, she loves to talk!  People would describe me at caring and considerate of others, and i love to have fun!

After high school, she plans on attending ISU to pursue a degree in nursing.  When she was a little girl, she wanted to be a veterinarian because she loves animals.  In fact 10 years from now, she envisions herself living in the country with lots of animals including horses, goats, chicken, rabbits, ducks, and lots of dogs and cats.  “I want to live by a pond or lake on a farm!”

Jenna would describe her “perfect day” as going to the beach with her friends, or any activity outdoors. She loves swimming and anything to do with nature, so she and her friends would definitely be doing something outdoorsy!  She added that they would also be eating amazing food followed by a fun drive listening to loud music and just having a good time!

One of her most treasured possessions would have to be her grandmother’s charm bracelet that she received when she was a kid. She kept adding to it as she got older and there’s pictures of her mom on it as well as other special charms. Even though she never got to meet her grandmother, it reminds her of her mom and it’s very meaningful to her.  “My mom is one of the most influential people in my life because she is strong. She’s been through so much and I look up to her because of her perseverance and hard work. She has taught me so many life lessons and I don’t know what I would do without her.

The most daring things she’s ever done was going down a huge waterslide at the waterpark. She had always been afraid of going down big waterslides.. and now she loves them!  Three things on her bucket list: 1. Go to the ocean 2. Go mountain climbing 3. Travel to a different country.

1. Movie: Any Disney movie
2. Holiday: Thanksgiving
3. Singers/band: Sam Hunt and Thomas Rhett
4. Book: Leaving time
5. Holiday tradition: Putting up the tree and looking at all of the ornaments and spending time with family
6. Childhood memory: Going to Dairy Queen with her parents. It was the first time there and her dad told her to take a bite out of his ice cream cone. After she took a bit, she remembers saying “its a cookie” and being super happy.  Her mom has a picture of that moment.
7. Family recipe: Apple Crisp
8. Favorite meal: Steak, baked potato and corn on the cob
