Meet Brooke Geltz, Class of 2019 senior from Washington Community High School.   I looooooooooooove photographing this beauty and having her on my Shelby Senior model team is the very best!  She is a total sweetheart and I am completely obsessed with her hair…. I mean obsessed!  Those golden locks and her blue eyes are a dream.

Brooke would describe her personality as goofy, outgoing, genuine, and friendly. She plans on going to ICC after high school graduation and then transferring to a four year university to major in something in the medical field.  This year, she is most looking forward to Prom because she loves dressing up super fancy (which she says rarely happens for me), have a nice dinner with friends, and of course, dance the night away!  Her favorite high school teacher has been Mrs. Stage who teaches English 1 and English 1 honors. “She’s my favorite teacher and really cares for her students.   Brooke participates in two clubs including Washington Leadership and Community Service Club, as well as Advocates for Awareness.  Outside of school, she plays softball and sand volleyball with friends.  She also loves to go on car rides with friends, listening to music and loves to take Polaroid pictures!  Advice to freshman: “Be yourself and get involved!”

Three things on my bucket list: 1. Sleep in an overwater bungalow in Bora Bora  2. Take a fun road trip with friends. 3. Get a tattoo.

Family:

1. My hero is my mom because she always finds a way to provide for my brother and I even if it gets hard.
2. My favorite family trip was to Clearwater Beach, Florida because we did everything together, For example, we all went jet skiing together!
3. My favorite holiday tradition is on Christmas Eve, some of my family comes over to my house to visit and eat an amazing Prime Rib dinner. Then we pass out presents to everyone, and the rest of the time we all talk about anything and everything.
4. What is your favorite childhood memory? My favorite childhood memory was swimming in my friends grandparents pool in our red, white, and blue bikinis.

 

Food and Style:

1. What’s the most unusual thing you’ve ever eaten? Alligator
2. What’s your favorite family recipe? Christmas cookies, the recipe has been in my family for many years.
3. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?  Steak
4. What’s your favorite color to wear and why? Blue because I feel like it makes my eyes pop
5. What’s your usual school style? Leggings and a hoodie or t-shirt

1. What’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done? I  jumped off a 20ft cliff at Fugitive Beach
2. What is the moment you are most proud of? I am most proud of getting accepted into the CNA program because this is my first steps into the medical field.
3. What is the best thing about your parents? They support me with anything and everything I do

5. List something random and fun about yourself: I like to go fourwheeling
6. Who is your favorite singer and/or band or song? Kane Brown, Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), Or any “todays hits” music
