Kenzie | Pekin Community High School | Class of 2019 senior pictures

November 1, 2018

Meet the lovely, love-able, and super sweet Class of 2019 senior, McKenzie Cupi  from Pekin Community High School!

Kenzie would describe her personality as outgoing but “it takes me a little bit to get comfortable with people but once I do, I will never stop talking!”  After graduation, Kenzie plans on attending ICC for two years followed by a transfer to ISU to major in Biology and ultimately becoming a dentist in the future.  During her senior year, she most looks forward to school dances, sporting events, and soccer games. She want to cherish every little moment knowing that it will be the last time she gets to enjoy this time in high school.  She loved the football games, getting ready with friends, going to tailgates, and cheering on the football team with all of her favorite people.  Kenzie’s favorite class is by far history; “All my favorite teachers have taught history so how could I not love the subject!”  Kenzie’s favorite sport is soccer and she has recently verbally committed to playing with a full ride to play for ICC!!!   Besides playing soccer, she is also a  member of the National Honor Society.  She has great advice for incoming freshman: “Get involved!!!!!!!! This will make your four years fly by so fast so don’t take anything for granted and do as many things as possible because you will be so happy that you did.”

Three things on her bucket list: 1. Go skydiving 2. Travel the world 3. Become successful
